We’re hiring a Technical Associate to ensure flawless execution of TikTok Shop backend operations. This person will manage shop setup, troubleshoot integration issues, and support the technical aspects of TikTok Shop optimization for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and maintain TikTok Shops: product catalog management, pricing, inventory syncing, shipping settings, and platform compliance.

• Troubleshoot technical issues (e.g. sync failures, API integration bugs, pixel setup).

• Work cross-functionally with brand managers and developers to ensure operational continuity.

• Assist in integrating TikTok Shop with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

• Create and maintain documentation on TikTok Shop setup processes and best practices.

• Stay up to date on TikTok Shop features, policy changes, and technical enhancements.

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, technical marketing, or marketplace setup.

• Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace tools (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts with accuracy.

• Comfortable working across teams to bridge gaps between marketing, tech, and client ops.
