Title: Data Analytics Lead / Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead complex data initiatives, deliver impactful business insights, and guide data-driven decision-making. This role combines technical expertise, analytical rigor, and leadership capability. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with modern BI tools, cloud data platforms, and data modeling, along with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end data initiatives, taking ownership on over all engagement from requirement gathering through data modeling, ETL development, validation, and dashboard/report deployment. Act as the technical authority on projects, driving best practices in data architecture, analytics engineering, and reporting solutions. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights. Work directly with business users and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions that support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics needs. Design and develop efficient and scalable data models (star/snowflake schemas) for analytical purposes. Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines using tools like ODI, SSIS, ADF, Informatica, or similar. Implement and manage data infrastructure, including relational databases, cloud data warehouses, and analytics sandboxes. Maintain strong data governance and quality standards across all analytics projects. Support internal teams by providing technology consulting, data troubleshooting, and mentoring resources where needed. Create reusable components, templates, and solution accelerators to improve delivery efficiency and ensure consistency. Contribute to competency building initiatives, such as certifications and knowledge-sharing on tools like Azure, Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Alteryx, etc. Collaborate effectively with offshore teams in India to ensure alignment on project goals, smooth handoffs, and successful project delivery. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or BI development roles. Strong SQL skills and deep experience with relational databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, etc. Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery. Experience in data integration tools like SSIS, ADF, ODI, AWS Glue, or Informatica. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as OBIEE, OAC, OAS, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Strong knowledge and experience in Enterprise Data warehousing, data modeling, including star schema, snowflake, ADW and denormalized models. Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Business Intelligence Applications or similar ERP systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills able to lead project teams and mentor junior analysts. Experience contributing to solution design, pre-sales support, and proofs of concept/value is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and modern analytics frameworks is an advantage
