Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support via live chat for customers.
- Assist with troubleshooting, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Offer knowledgeable responses to client queries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and accurate communication.
- Manage a high volume of chats, ensuring timely responses.
- Record and track customer interactions in CRM software.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and KPIs.
