Job Overview

We have immediate openings for experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with medication management, vital signs, and other healthcare needs as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with our team of caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress, including documentation of vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in caregiving and healthcare

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting
  • Current certification as a CNA or HHA, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum age of 18 years old
  • US work authorization required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dementia care experience, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of clients with dementia
  • Experience working with clients with complex healthcare needs, such as wound care, diabetes management, or respiratory therapy
  • CPR certification, with a commitment to maintaining certification and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
