Job Summary

As a Lockbox Processor at PNC, you will be responsible for scanning receivables payments and entering invoice information for our clients. This entry-level position requires attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while meeting deadlines. You will work in a team-oriented environment focused on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high productivity and quality levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract Remittances: Extract remittances based on standard operating procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of client payments.
• Process and Reconcile Transactions: Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures to ensure seamless and efficient processing of client transactions.
• Ensure Materials and Capacity: Ensure the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions efficiently and effectively.
• Confirm Equipment: Confirm equipment is operational, if applicable, to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
• Provide Feedback: Provide feedback on workflow and work received to help identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
• Review Transactions: Review transactions and related documents and verify work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Education: No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Repetitive Functions: Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills.
• Basic Ten Key Skills: Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required.
