Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, supporting the sales journey from start to finish with authenticity and passion
• Create a fun, knowledgeable environment for customers and teammates, sharing your expertise on footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Operate a cash register, manage shipping and receiving duties, stock products, and build visual displays with attention to detail
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and kindness in all interactions, adhering to store policies and procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals, drive business results, and foster a positive store culture

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Retail Associate with Converse, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old (U.S.)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
• A passion for learning and understanding footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time (with or without assistance)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous retail experience, particularly in the fashion or footwear industry
