The Entrepreneurial Sales Professional role involves meeting with clients to discuss life insurance and retirement strategies, providing tailored solutions, and following up to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually or in person with families who have requested information about life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement strategies
- Listen, ask great questions, and help clients find solutions that fit their goals and budget
- Submit applications through our carrier partners and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Plug into our training, coaching, and leadership development so you can grow from producer to builder and, ultimately, business owner if you choose
Skills
- Hungry, coachable, and willing to follow a proven system
- Comfortable being paid directly in proportion to the value you create
- Cares about people and wants work to matter
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Interest in financial services or insurance
