Sterling Engineering is seeking a Drafter to support complex data center construction projects. The role involves managing design documentation, overseeing construction processes, and performing field verification to ensure project accuracy and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support construction-related design documentation and coordination
  • Oversee and assist with construction closeout processes
  • Perform field verification and as-built audits to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Balance in-office drafting/design work with field-based responsibilities
