MSH is a publicly traded S&P 500 technology company that’s transforming how businesses manage HR, payroll, and workforce operations. They are seeking an Account Executive to own and close new B2B business, sell directly to C-level decision makers, and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Own and close new B2B business in your assigned territory
  • Sell directly to CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and executives
  • Prospect and develop companies with 50+ employees
  • Run in-person sales meetings, demos, and closing conversations
  • Manage your own full-cycle sales pipeline
  • Close deals and support clients through implementation
  • Build long-term relationships with business leaders
  • Travel up to 25% to meet with clients

Skills

  • Experience in B2B sales or a highly competitive sales environment
  • A history of exceeding quotas and performance metrics
  • Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
  • Confidence speaking with C-level executives
  • A consultative, solution-based selling style
  • High energy, drive, and resilience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or OPT/CPT
  • Bachelor's degree (business or sales preferred)
  • Sales internships, collegiate sales programs, or full-time B2B experience are all accepted
