As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for clients’ sales teams while receiving structured training and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Execute research-driven outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Identify and engage the right decision-makers at target accounts
  • Start meaningful conversations and book qualified meetings
  • Follow a structured sales process with clear daily activity goals
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, and skill development
  • Track activity and performance using modern sales tools

Skills

  • Must be located in Florida - W2 ROLE
  • Comfortable starting conversations and making outbound calls
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Can stay consistent and organized in a metrics-driven role
  • Motivated by learning, growth, and performance-based compensation
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
