Deloitte is a leading professional services firm looking to enhance its AI & Data practice. As an AI & Data Analyst, you will partner with clients to address complex business challenges through innovative technology solutions, focusing on digital transformation and data optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, validate, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) in client and internal use cases
  • Develop software components, automation pipelines, and integrations leveraging your proficiency in Python
  • Build scalable data solutions on leading cloud platforms, enhancing automation within AI and data engineering projects
  • Collaborate across teams-product managers, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders-to ensure solutions align with client objectives
  • Apply proven practices developed in fast-paced, start-up environments to help Deloitte's clients accelerate transformation
  • Continuously expand your technical and domain expertise in AI, data, and cloud technologies
  • Communicate updates, progress, and outcomes effectively to cross-functional peers and management

Skills

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in Python for data analysis and model development
  • 1+ years of experience in LLM (Large Language Model) evaluation
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and pipeline automation
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Flexibility to travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, based on client and sector needs
  • 2+ years of experience in AI deployment or applied Machine Learning
  • 6 months + experience developing agentic AI systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows (ie: LangChain; Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands; CrewAI. LangGraph)
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
  • Experience working in regulated industries with an understanding of security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Cohere)
  • Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment strategies
