Role Description We are looking for an individual to be on-call at least two weekends a month. This person will be the point of contact for our clients/their families, our employees, and prospective clients and their requests. This role will also support our caregiver scheduling function. Join our team and be a part of a certified Great Place To Work® ! • Answer Agency phone calls, and regularly check for voicemail messages, emails, and Text-Em-All text messages, and respond to individuals in a timely manner • Document intake information for prospective clients in the Intake Summary Form and notify owner of such inquiries • Handle and coordinate caregiver staffing for call offs and open shifts • Ensure open shifts are covered by the close of each day for the following day • Report client/family/employee concerns as well as any incidents that occurred to the supervisory staff • Attend a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses Qualifications • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients/family, co-workers, and prospective clients • Detail-oriented with outstanding customer service skills • Ability to perform multiple tasks under strict deadlines • Resident of the Washington DC metro area • Availability for occasional weekday off-hours support is a plus Benefits • 401(k) matching • Flexible schedule • Employer provided benefits include: • Medical insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • 401-K (with employer match) This is a remote position.
