- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing practices and techniques
- Strong skills in content and copy development and execution
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with the latest social media tools, trends, and algorithms
- Experience collaborating with creative and marketing teams
- Previous experience in a creative agency (1-3 years), the travel or hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Knowledge of paid social media marketing is a plus
