Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and consistently feeding the sales pipeline. This role focuses on structured outreach to target segments, identifying customer needs, and qualifying prospects before handing them over to the Account Executives (AEs) for closing.

The SDR plays a critical role in ensuring a continuous flow of opportunities and supporting the company’s revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct prospecting activities and build targeted lead lists based on defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Perform cold outreach activities including calls and structured email campaigns to meet daily and weekly activity targets.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT (or equivalent) and ensure completeness of opportunity data.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and handover to Account Executives (AEs) with proper CRM documentation.
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up sequences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Deliver introductory product demos (Intro Demo) when required, clearly articulating the product’s core value proposition.
  • Achieve and maintain performance KPIs including; Number of outreach activities, Number of qualified opportunities, and Conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Ability to perform 40–60 daily outreach activities (calls + emails).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Heros CRM or similar).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and articulate clear value propositions.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Basic understanding of B2B Software / SaaS environments is highly preferred.
