The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers throughout the vehicle buying and selling process. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Educate customers on KeySavvy products, services, pricing, and processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with customers through active listening and clear communication
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in internal systems
  • Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and industry trends
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Schedule Requirements

  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends
  • Customer Success hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM CST
  • Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM CST
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, retail, banking, hospitality, or similar)
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to work across multiple platforms
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, tone, and clarity
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • General knowledge of automotive transactions is a plus 

Work Environment

This is a remote work from home role, requiring a consistent home office setup with reliable internet access. Team members collaborate regularly through virtual meetings and communication platforms. Success in this role depends on strong time management, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
