Responsibilities

  • Engage in telephone contact with consumers
  • Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client and company specifications
  • Complete and accurate account documentation
  • Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies/procedures
  • Adherence to work schedule

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer basics, math skills and ability to use a calculator required
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
  • Engage in telephone contact with consumers
  • Negotiate repayment terms in accordance with client and company specifications
  • Complete and accurate account documentation
  • Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies/procedures
  • Adherence to work schedule
  • Collection experience preferred but not required
  • Comprehensive and working knowledge of collections is preferred
