Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to arenaflex members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones in a friendly manner using information script
- Greeting members, signing up and touring new members, and logging amenities
- Responding to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Processing beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
- Promoting our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
- Providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
Qualifications
To be successful as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer proficiency
Physical Demands
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull
- Lift up to 75 lbs.
- Encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
- Frequently climb, balance, kneel and crouch during shift
- Continually reach with hands/fingers/arms during shift
