The Role

As Manager, People Operations, you’ll build and run the systems that help our people do their best work. You’ll assess what’s working and what’s not across hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee support, then design practical processes that improve how we operate across markets. If you enjoy solving people challenges with structure, clarity, and data, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and run core People Operations processes across the business
  • Track key people metrics like attrition, time-to-productivity, and employee engagement
  • Ensure all employee records, contracts, and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration with Finance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across all operating markets
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies accordingly
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a structured and consistent experience
  • Coordinate pre-joining logistics including system access, equipment, and Day 1 readiness
  • Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and documentation
  • Oversee the company-wide performance review cycle and ensure consistency across teams
  • Track performance data and continuously improve review processes
  • Manage and develop the People Operations team
  • Assign work clearly and ensure accountability for delivery and quality
  • Coach team members to handle more complex HR situations independently
