Responsibilities
Include As a healthcare advisory board member, your contribution centers on four domains: Care Redesign Strategy: Advise on the evolution and strategic positioning of ATCA’s Alzheimer’s care model, including differentiated treatment pathways, more personalized interventions, and the long-term vision for redefining care delivery in this category. Scalable Clinical Model Development: Guide the standardization and replication of clinic operations across markets, including care pathway design, interdisciplinary structures, and systems that preserve quality while enabling sustainable growth. Payer, Partnership & Market Development: Provide guidance on reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, referral growth, and the strategic frameworks needed to support adoption of a redefined Alzheimer’s care model.
