Remote Office Assistant - Accounts Payable

PEG is partnering with a large, privately owned global company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, seeking a Contractor to support their Accounts Payable Team. This is a fully REMOTE role for a short term 4-6 week contract. Schedule: Monday-Friday, approx. 8 AM-5 PM or 7 AM-4 PM CST Pay Rate: $15/hour Perks: A quick, straightforward interview process and the chance to work for one of the 'Most Innovative Companies of the Year.' What You’ll Do:
- High volume data entry
- Enter data accuratley from a spreadsheet into a web-based platform
- Assist with other administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.
To Be Successful, It'll Help If You Have:
- 1+ year of administrative experience.
- Exposure to accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Computer proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook.
- Your own Windows based computer, webcam, 4 GB RAM, an additional screen and 3MB Download Speed.
- Professional communication skills
