Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review and correct data inconsistencies and errors promptly.
- Maintain and update databases and records in accordance with company standards.
- Generate reports and summaries to assist business units in data-driven decision making.
- Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures and workflows.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding data issues and improvements.
- Adhere to data privacy and security policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database software is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
