Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team, providing exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email channels. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience, meeting or exceeding defined service level goals.
Responsibilities
* Answering and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Providing accurate and efficient solutions to customer issues or concerns
- Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries

Key Qualifications
* Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
