Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to their problems and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds, resolving issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products, increasing average order value and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements
* Fluency in English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
