Housing Relations & Corporate Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a charismatic, organized, and proactive Relations Coordinator to manage our housing solutions for business clients. In this role, you won't be "selling" in the traditional sense. Instead, you will be the face of our company—building and maintaining strong professional relationships with HR Managers, Relocation Coordinators, and Realtors. Your goal is to ensure that when these professionals need high-quality housing for their employees or clients, we are their first choice.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Connect and collaborate with HR departments, relocation agencies, and realtors to offer our housing solutions.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary liaison for tenants and corporate partners, ensuring all housing needs are met with high standards.
  • Coordination: Manage the communication flow between realtors and corporate clients to facilitate smooth placements.
  • Account Management: Nurture ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • People Person: Exceptional interpersonal skills—you should be a "natural" at talking to people and building trust.
  • Professional Communication: Fluent and professional English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to multitask and keep track of various contacts and housing statuses.
  • Self-Motivated: Since this is a remote position, we need someone who can manage their own schedule and take initiative.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service, hospitality, or real estate is a plus, but personality and drive are what matter most!

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $16 per hour.
  • Uncapped Commission: Attractive commission structure for every successful placement or new partnership established.
  • Work Environment: 100% Remote.
