strategic remote hire in Virginia

to support regional growth across this targeted state market. This role is ideal for a

senior-level civil/site engineer

who has progressed through hands-on technical work and is ready to leverage that experience in a client-facing, growth-oriented position.You will act as a

senior technical representative in-market

, helping expand our presence, win new work, and support client relationships - while remaining fully remote and closely integrated with our internal teams.

Qualifications include:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering* P.E. a plus* Approximately 8+ years of professional experience (mid- to senior-level)* Hands-on experience including, but not limited to: + Civil/site design + Grading + Civil 3D* Demonstrated technical credibility to support client-facing activities* A career path that reflects having “come up through the ranks”* Highly self-driven and self-starting* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment* Able to balance client relationships, technical execution (with internal support), and eventually business development activities
