What You’ll Do (Opportunities Within Our Organization) Depending on experience and alignment, physicians could step into the following roles:
- Collaborating Physician / Supervision Physician (for NPs and PAs)
- Fractional Medical Directorship
- Compliance Advisor
What You Should Bring
- MD or DO with broad licensure across multiple U.S. states (ideally 10–20+ states; near-50-state licensure is ideal, but not strictly required). At minimum, an active license in Puerto Rico.
- Comfort collaborating with NPs/PAs.
- Board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high-quality clinical care.
