Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple live chat conversations with website visitors simultaneously, providing accurate information about our construction and roofing services.
  • Converting chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge.
  • Documenting interactions in CRM systems and maintaining organized records, ensuring seamless handoffs and follow-ups.
  • Communicating effectively with sales and project teams to ensure smooth transitions and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries during assigned hours, demonstrating your ability to multitask and maintain a friendly, helpful tone.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent written communication and typing speed (minimum 45 WPM), with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
