Job Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Age:

18 years of age or older

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively engage and listen to customers.

Empathy and Problem-Solving:

The ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution.

Learning Ability:

The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time.
