We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python/Django - React/Next.js) to join our team in the Philippines. You will embody our company culture and use your craft and creativity to help us elevate our MEDDICC operating system to new heights. You will be working on our Backend API in Django and Frontend React application, implementing cutting-edge features that drive real impact.We are seeking someone who loves building exceptional products and is genuinely curious and passionate about our tech stack. Feature delivery velocity – shipping high-quality features quickly and reliably, from design through production.System performance & scalability – ensuring responsiveness, reliability, and seamless scalability across our platform.Code excellence & leadership – maintaining high coding standards, reducing technical debt, and mentoring teammates through reviews and guidance.Architectural & technical decision-making – highly contributes to the evolution of our systems, frameworks, and tools, making pragmatic choices that balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability.User experience & adoption – building frontend and backend solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and adoption of key features.What you'll do

Design and develop complex featuresWrite clean, maintainable, and testable codeLead technical discussions and code reviewsMentor mid-level and junior developersParticipate in architectural decisionsEstablish and enforce coding standards and best practicesTake ownership of critical technical componentsIdentify and resolve complex system issuesEvaluate and implement appropriate technologiesOptimize application performance and scalabilityCommunicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersBalance technical debt with feature deliveryContribute to technical documentationSupport recruitment and technical interviewsQualifications

5+ years of experience in full-stack developmentStrong Experience with React and Next.jsStrong Experience with Python / DjangoExperience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScriptExperience with unit testing and continuous integrationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience working on applications that communicate with an APIExperience within an Agile software development team (SCRUM)Required: Must be Filipino with excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishOther // How to Apply
