Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing top-tier customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assisting passengers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and itinerary updates.
• Handling baggage-related inquiries, tracking, and lost luggage claims.
• Facilitating check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Providing information on flight schedules, destinations, and travel policies.
• Resolving passenger issues with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers.

Required Skills
