What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and documenting customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all company procedures are followed, maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency
  • Inputting accurate trip data into systems, ensuring seamless data management
  • Referencing unresolved customer grievances to designated departments, providing a resolution-focused approach
  • Educating members on services and insurance coverage, promoting a culture of transparency and understanding

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • 0-2 years of related experience, with a strong foundation in customer-facing roles
  • 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with members and colleagues
  • Ability to type 35wpm or more, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

While not required, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable, as it will enable you to efficiently manage tasks and communicate with colleagues.
