Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with complaints and questions about specific products or services, providing empathetic and effective solutions

  • Modify and escalate complaints across various communication channels, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications, demonstrating a commitment to timely support
  • Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers, building trust and rapport through exceptional communication
  • Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat, utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a positive experience for arenaflex clients and customers

Requirements:

* Must be over the age of 18 with a stable internet connection

  • No prior experience is required, but prior experience in chat support or a related field is preferred
  • Articulate, personable, and reliable with excellent writing skills and email etiquette
  • 1 year of chat support experience is preferred, but not required
  • CRM/support tool experience is a plus, but not necessary

Preferred Skills:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high volume of customer support requests
  • Proficiency in CRM/support tools, with experience in customer relationship management and support software
  • Strong writing and email etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
