Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information about arenaflex products, services, and features
  • Assisting clients with order status, vehicle configuration, and service scheduling
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to arenaflex vehicles, software, and mobile applications
  • Addressing charging and payment requests, handling discounts, and escalating charging questions when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system
  • Continuously striving to improve the customer support experience by identifying patterns and proposing process enhancements

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for arenaflex's mission and products, with a genuine desire to help clients
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms
  • Fast and reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications
