Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support to merchants, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement best practices in customer service, goal setting, metrics tracking, and coaching
• Mentoring colleagues to improve their overall performance on all metrics
• Demonstrating imagination and commitment to making moves to advance a positive workplace culture
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, seeking ways to improve and innovate processes
• Recognizing opportunities for improvement and executing tasks to enhance efficiency and quality
• Answering and addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment
