Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from work orders and invoices into our system, collaborating with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies, and communicating with the Customer Service Management team to track and report cost savings. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person meetings or events in the Toledo area.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input data into our system, meeting monthly deadlines.
- Work independently to manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Perform audits to identify duplicate or excessive charges, and collaborate with service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Communicate with the Customer Service Management team to track and report cost savings, and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes and maintain high levels of accuracy.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
- Basic knowledge of material handling and aerial equipment is preferred, but not required.
- Associates Degree is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical demands include the ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours), frequent use of hands for typing and handling data, and occasional lifting and moving of items up to 10 pounds.
