As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our operation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing customer orders by telephone or fax, ensuring all customer requests are handled in a prompt, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers, resolving routine and complex problems, and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Answering incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, displaying active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers.
  • Documenting activity to arenaflex's system, displaying the ability to enter orders manually via our fax process, and operating the phone system effectively.
  • Adhering to work schedules, performing other duties as assigned, and demonstrating the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Cross-training in other positions within the department, as needed, and performing these functions when required.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of a High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team, demonstrating the ability to perform different tasks they have been trained for in the call center.
  • Computer knowledge, strong customer service skills, solid communication skills (including verbal, written, and listening skills), and solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good organizational skills, the ability to execute and prioritize multiple tasks, and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to type 35-40 words per minute.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Medical terminology/experience preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.
  • Experience working in the healthcare or Long Term Care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
