Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers in both English and Spanish languages, leveraging your language skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality data management and analysis
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Upselling products or services to enhance customer experience, leveraging your knowledge of our offerings to meet customer needs
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Key Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in English and Spanish
  • Proficient data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with upselling techniques is advantageous, but we're happy to provide training and support
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
