Job Summary

As a Per Diem Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and maintaining thorough documentation of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to arenaflex's quality standards and customer service guidelines.

Shift Availability and Scheduling

* Shifts primarily needed between 10am - 2pm EST.

  • Work days during the peak week will typically be 3-4 days, rotating based on business needs.
  • Per diem CSRs will be scheduled to support during peak call periods, which occur one week per month and double normal call volumes.
  • On-call availability may be required outside of peak periods based on business needs.

Training Requirements

* Candidates must commit to a full-time 30-day training program initially, transitioning to per diem status upon completion.

  • Training will cover arenaflex's products, services, policies, and customer service procedures.
  • Ongoing training and development programs will be provided to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or related field is an asset.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
