Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; we're looking for individuals with a strong background in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
