Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital support role in our office, working closely with our accounting and sales departments to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and positive attitude will make you an invaluable asset to our team. In this part-time remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, your daily tasks will include:

  • Accurately entering sales data, updating accounting records, and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Processing mail, handling deposits, and following up on leads
  • Providing administrative support to our accounting and sales departments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
