Job Summary

As a Full Stack Database Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our databases to ensure seamless data storage, retrieval, and analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Your expertise in database administration, data analysis, and problem-solving will be essential in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure seamless data storage, retrieval, and analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data management needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain database schema, including data modeling, normalization, and denormalization
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract data and perform data analysis
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization to ensure optimal database performance
• Develop and maintain database security and access controls to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database administration and data analysis
• Participate in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in database administration and data analysis
• Strong knowledge of database management systems, including design, implementation, and maintenance
• Experience with SQL Server, including database schema design, data modeling, and query optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data issues and develop effective solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based database platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure

• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI
• Strong scripting skills, including PowerShell and SQL
• Experience with data governance and compliance, including data security and access controls
