As a Director of Customer Marketing at Arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to shape our customer advocacy program and create unique experiences that showcase our customers' powerful voices. You'll work closely with our Sr. Director of Solutions & Customer Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that drives brand awareness, increases sales, and fosters a community of loyal advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop an enterprise-class customer marketing program aligned with Arenaflex's overall strategy, focusing on customer engagement, advocacy, and storytelling.

  • Foster brand awareness and increase sales through customer advocacy, leveraging digital and in-person events to activate our advocates.
  • Create an integrated strategy for customer engagement and advocacy, incorporating Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs), advisory boards, and other executive engagements.
  • Uncover and amplify customer success stories, showcasing Arenaflex's impact and value proposition.
  • Manage advocate acquisition, development, and promotion, ensuring a strong pipeline of customer advocates.
  • Support sales cycles and deal closure, providing strategic guidance and customer insights.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on employee development and growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators for content and program evaluation, driving process maturity and team efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in launching and driving cross-functional customer engagement programs, with a focus on customer advocacy and storytelling.
  • Experience in customer advisory boards, summits, and conference speaking engagements, with a strong understanding of executive-level communication.
  • Proficiency in creating Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and engaging experiences that showcase Arenaflex's value proposition.
  • Expertise in customer storytelling, with a focus on creating compelling narratives that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Executive presence with excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and public speaking.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 10-15+ years of customer marketing experience, with a focus on customer advocacy and storytelling.

  • Ability to create strategic plans aligned with business priorities, with a strong understanding of Arenaflex's overall strategy.
  • Experience in team building and mentoring, with a focus on employee development and growth.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments, with a willingness to learn and evolve in a dynamic industry.

Location:
