Job Summary

As an Office Technician – MLTC Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Medicaid and Long Term Care (MLTC) program at arenaflex. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, filing, and customer service. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely data entry, while providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Data entry: Enter information contained on medical and NFOCUS claim forms with high accuracy and speed (minimum 8000 kph with 95% accuracy)

  • Filing and sorting: Maintain a well-organized filing system, including alphabetical and numerical filing systems
  • Customer service: Answer and resolve inbound calls regarding claim status, client eligibility, and provider payments
  • Research and problem-solving: Review medical claim forms for missing or incomplete data and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Office support: Provide general office support, including copying, research, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Essential Qualifications

* Coursework or training in public contact, customer service, and/or office/clerical support procedures

  • Experience with personal computers, associated software, and office equipment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Proofreading skills and accurate data entry
  • Ability to file and retrieve materials using alphabetical and numerical filing systems
  • Ability to perform repetitive work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment

Preferred Qualifications

* At least one year of customer service experience

  • Experience with Enterprise One, NFOCUS, MMIS, OnBase, and Microsoft Excel
  • Internal and external customer service experience
