Job Summary

As a Chat Support Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for serving customers through our web-based chat service. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your laptop, phone, or tablet, and will be rewarded with an hourly rate plus a commission for every sale you make. Don't worry if you're new to chat support – we provide full training to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve customers through our web-based chat service, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving any issues or concerns they may have

  • Use your sales skills to upsell and cross-sell products to customers, increasing average order value and driving revenue growth
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers, helping them find the perfect products for their needs
  • Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
