Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through outbound shareholder communications for public companies. Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality outbound shareholder communications for public companies, ensuring that employees are informed and empowered to make informed decisions.
  • Manage a high volume of calls using an auto-dialer, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Direct employees to how they can vote, providing clear and concise information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • 6+ months of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outbound customer service experience preferred, with a strong understanding of shareholder communications and public company regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with auto-dialer systems and other customer service technologies.
  • Knowledge of public company regulations and shareholder communications best practices.
  • Certifications in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
