About the Role

As a Solutions Developer with a focus on Cloud Data Analytics and Database Solutions, you'll play a critical role in helping clients modernize their data sets and warehousing applications. You'll work closely with clients, partners, and Googlers to deliver tailored solutions that automate, optimize, and manage complex systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding clients on how to deploy and secure cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless and reliable data processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients, partners, and Googlers to understand their cloud data analytics and database needs, providing expert guidance on the most effective solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions that automate, optimize, and manage complex systems, ensuring seamless and reliable data processing and delivery.
• Create and share best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, test code, and presentations tailored to technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Provide client and market feedback to product and engineering teams to inform product direction and drive innovation.
• Contribute to the development of cloud-based solutions, focusing on shaping solution direction and influencing top-line business growth and appointments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud data analytics, database management, and related technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related technologies.
• Experience with data analytics tools, such as Google Cloud Data Analytics, BigQuery, and Cloud Data Fusion.
• Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud data analytics, database management, or a related field.
• Experience with automation tools, such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, TeamCity, Bamboo, or other CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Skills and Competencies

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, including GCP and related technologies.
