What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls and Responding to Customer Requests: Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Booking Appointments with High Data Accuracy: Utilize our systems to book appointments for customers with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring seamless scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, consistently delivering high-quality interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Identifying and Escalating Issues: Recognize and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer frustration.
  • Adapting to Fast-Changing Guidelines: Stay up-to-date with changing guidelines and procedures, adapting quickly to ensure seamless customer support.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D.: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of One Year Experience in Inbound/Outbound Call Center or Retail Environment: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to Multitask: Effectively manage multiple tasks while speaking on the phone and using a computer.
  • Pass a Background Check: Meet our background check requirements to ensure a safe and secure work environment.

  • Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute: Develop and maintain strong typing skills, ensuring efficient data entry and communication.
