Job Summary
As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in receiving and processing calls from patients and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to gather information from callers, relay it to clinicians, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays (paid at time ½)
- Access to high-speed internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
- Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Familiarity with telehealth or healthcare industry
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) or similar systems
