Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinating and managing logistics operations, including shipment tracking and delivery scheduling, to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using CRM tools and other software to track and analyze data.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Providing support and assistance to team members as needed, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or logistics, with a strong track record of providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline.
