Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to ensure that each customer experience is pleasant and satisfying. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about our products and services. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records, using CRM software to track customer history and preferences
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement
  • Meet and exceed performance goals and targets, including customer satisfaction ratings, first-call resolution rates, and sales performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, remaining patient and empathetic in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory; experience with CRM software is a plus

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience
